Selling homes on behalf of several housing associations, our commitment is to offer honest and impartial advice to make sure a new shared ownership home is right for you.
We will refer you to a specialist independent financial advisor approved, by the relevant housing association, to complete the assessment required by Homes England. This will determine your mortgage potential and the size of share you could reasonably afford to buy in your preferred home.
Our team will then support you through the whole application and buying process until the time comes to collect your keys.
